1. Who provides the service
LeadGen Engine is operated by Jon Lynch Financial Group LLC ("JLFG"), a Florida limited liability company. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean JLFG.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use LeadGen Engine to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights.
- Send spam, harvest contact information for illegitimate purposes, or facilitate harassment.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services.
- Probe or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization (we welcome responsible disclosure — see Security below).
- Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. If your payment method fails and you don't update it within 14 days, we may suspend your account. Refunds are at our discretion; if we end the service or substantially reduce features mid-cycle, we'll issue a prorated refund.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't promise 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Cloudflare, Stripe, your ISP, etc.), and force majeure events may cause interruptions. Our public status page at status.jonlynchfinancial.com shows current and historical uptime.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by JLFG. Your account data and any content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host it for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Data accuracy disclaimer
Where the service provides data (insurance license records, B2B contact data, market research, etc.), we use reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but make no guarantee. The data is provided "as is" for informational purposes. For decisions with legal or financial consequences (compliance attestations, regulatory filings, investment decisions), independently verify against the authoritative source.
8. No financial or legal advice
Nothing on LeadGen Engine constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Consult licensed professionals for those decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify JLFG against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We'll give reasonable notice when possible. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days; after that, it's deleted.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
